Our Love Story

Our story began in the picturesque setting of Cabo San Lucas at a friend's wedding. From the first moment Omar laid eyes on Angela, he felt a spark, knowing there was something truly special about her. Angela, initially a bit stand-offish, was intrigued by Omar's persistence and charm. Throughout that weekend, we discovered an undeniable connection and shared extremely similar family values, ways of life, and most importantly, belief in God.

Back in San Diego, Omar remained consistent in his efforts to win Angela's heart. After a couple of weeks of conversations and getting to know each other, Omar convinced Angela to join him for dinner. That evening marked the beginning of a journey filled with love, lots and lots of laughter, and countless cherished moments.

For a year and a half, we enjoyed our date nights all over San Diego, savoring the one-on-one time of our growing love. Eventually, we decided it was time to share our happiness with our families. To our surprise, we learned that our fathers had attended the same school and have known eachother since childhood. This unexpected, full circle moment brought our families closer, and our relationship blossomed even further than we could have imagined.

On December 21, 2023, Omar planned a special night, telling Angela they were going to a private wine tasting event at The Grand Del Mar. Angela, being as clever as she is, suspected that something more could be happening. Her suspicions were confirmed when Omar got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. With a huge smile, Angela said yes!

From that magical moment, we knew exactly where we wanted to celebrate our wedding: the beautiful place where it all began, Cabo San Lucas. This city holds a special place in our hearts, and we are thrilled to return there to start the next chapter of our never-ending love story.
